About Ethan Willis
Ethan Willis is the author of Humble Power (Hay House, 2026) and co-author of the #1 New York Times bestselling The One Minute Entrepreneur with Ken Blanchard. His books have been published in 20 languages.
He is the CEO of Growth Partners, which operates the world’s largest digital library of personal and professional development masterclasses, partnering with names like Brendon Burchard, Stephen Covey, Mel Robbins, Jay Shetty, and Ken Blanchard to reach a community of over 10 million people.
Before that, he spent 15 years as CEO of Prosper Publishing, coaching over 75,000 leaders across 80 countries. He holds degrees from Brigham Young University and Harvard Business School, and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
He lives in Arizona with his wife Ashley and their eight children.
